Alu Ranger oneR PRO is a versatile CNC Panel Router with Vertical Table for the milling, Vgrooving and drilling at high speed especially made for composite panels used in architectural facades, transport and interior design. The machine can be equipped with loading and unloading systems to further increase daily productivity.

The right tools for every material
The machine can process different kind of panels using the adequate tools, rotation speed, The right feeding speed and lubrication when processing. With the correct tools and optionals, it is possible to also process solid aluminum panels, fireproof aluminum composite panels in “MINERAL CORE” and plastic (acrylic and polycarbonate) for façades, interior design and visual communication.
It is also possible to process HPL and fiber cement panels but only using flute tools.

Greater rigidity
The rigidity of the vertical structure ensures greater vibration absorption, less cutting indentation, longer machine and tool life.
