Clamps
- As the vices are located at the front, loading the profile is very easy.
- The basic model has 12 gripping clamps, 2 types.
- On the surfaces on which the profile is placed, a roller system ensures easy movement of the profile.
- Depending on the machining of the workpiece, the servo-controlled clamps are automatically positioned.
- Easy setting of the workpiece in reference with the double-sided profile stop system.
- Also suitable for machining long profiles. With the saw blade Ø500 mm, the profile ends can be milled.
- Thanks to the pressure regulator, the clamping force of the vice can be adjusted according to the thickness of the profile.
- Pieces smaller than 300 mm can be held with a single vice and the cutting blade is easily accessible for cutting.

Bearing system

Optional equipment:
- The bottom surface of the profile can be machined with the optional 90 degree T - tool.
- The piece, hole, surface offset, length and width of the profile can be optionally measured with the Renishaw probe
